  The heart of the home is ready for gathering. This fully stocked kitchen with island seating and beautiful views makes it easy to cook, connect, and enjoy every moment together.

  Start your morning with a cup of coffee or tea from the coffee bar. The coffee bar has a 12 cup coffee maker which also makes iced coffee, along with a Keurig coffee maker, and a French press. Plenty of syrups and flavorings are available.

  The island seats 3-4 people and also has the microwave, a beverage refrigerator. You will find a blender and toaster in the bottom cabinet.

  Enjoy the serenity of your primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the 2nd level. The bedroom offers a king size memory foam mattress with the coziest of velvet quilts and plenty of pillows.

  Enjoy your personal SmartTV and ensuite bathroom from the spacious primary bedroom on the upper level.

  The primary ensuite bathroom includes a shower and oversize vanity for lots of storage.

  This king bedroom on the lower level also has a twin daybed for additional sleeping quarters. Catch your views of the bay and Torch Lake below!

  The memory foam mattress on the daybed is super comfortable!

  Enjoy the queen bed with memory foam mattress in the second bedroom on the main level. We are adding a TV in the coming days, so you can snuggle up in bed to watch a late night movie.

  The full daybed in the second bedroom on the main level is a full daybed with a single trundle, allowing sleeping space for 3 people

  The lower level bathroom has plenty of storage for towels and your toiletries while you are away from home.

  Enjoy an evening of smore's by the fire as you wind down for the day.

  There is plenty of room to bring your boat for making memories on Torch Lake!

### Lower Level

**Family & Media Room** – Movie night comes alive with an 85" TV, spacious sectional (pulls out to a queen bed), chair and a half (pulls out into a twin bed) and room for everyone to relax.
**King Bedroom with Daybed** – Wake up to sweeping lake views in this airy retreat featuring a memory foam king bed and an extra daybed for flexibility.
**Queen Bedroom with Daybed & Trundle** – Perfect for kids or groups, this room sleeps up to 5 with a queen bed, full-size daybed, and trundle, plus plenty of closet space and a TV.

### Main Level

**Open Kitchen, Living & Dining** – The heart of the home, where panoramic views stretch across every window. Cook in the fully-stocked kitchen with island seating, gather around the oversized dining table for 8, or unwind on two extra-long couches by the 55" TV.
**Primary Suite** – A serene king bedroom with luxurious bedding, en suite bath, personal AC split, and ample closet space for extended stays. A 40" Smart TV is also provided.

### Outdoor Living

**Deck with Lounge Seating** – The ultimate sunset spot, perfect for sharing stories, sipping wine, or simply soaking in the unparalleled beauty of Lake Michigan and Torch Lake.
**Outdoor Kitchen & Dining** – Steps from the deck, complete with its own TV for catching the Tigers or Lions while grilling under the open sky.
**Fireplace & Lounge** – Gather around the outdoor fireplace, roast marshmallows, and watch the sky turn shades of pink and gold as the sun sets.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
