To ensure a smooth and secure stay for both our guests and our home, we ask all bookings to complete the following standard steps after confirming a reservation:

• Rental Agreement & ID Verification
After booking, guests will be asked to sign a short rental agreement and upload a photo ID through our secure property management system. This helps protect both our guests and the home and is a standard practice for professionally managed vacation rentals.

• Refundable Security Deposit Hold
A temporary security deposit hold of $500 is placed on your card 2 days before arrival and automatically released 7 days after departure, pending inspection. This is a hold only, not a charge — similar to what hotels require at check-in.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
